The Ethnographic Museum, which is located in the Zgurovski Konak building, lets you rediscover the architectural style, customs, and folklore of the town from the inside. The house was built by local craftsmen in 1853, on behalf of a particularly wealthy villager.
According to legend, the house was never occupied by its owner. Offended by the contempt towards them, the builders cursed the house and its owner, who eventually sold it. The new owner was the administrative officer, and the house was named “Konak” after him.
