The small village of Kovachevitsa is a place still preserved for tourism. The village will allow you to dive into life in the 19th century, as time seems to have stopped there. Situated along the river Kanina, its existence dates back to the early 17th century; this is where the Bulgarians who fled the Turkish Islamization settled.
Today it has retained the atmosphere of the past with its beautiful house, with tiled rooves and impressive architecture. The surroundings and nature there are very beautiful.
