The Etar Architectural and Ethnographic Complex was founded in 1964, and shows the way of life of the region during the 18th and 19th centuries.
In the shadow of the clock tower, who still counts the hours, everyone who comes here is immersed in scenes from the Bulgarian Revival style. In this wonderful place you can see artisans (blacksmiths, carpenters, tanners, potters, jewelers, weavers, woodcarvers, bakers…) make their works using modern methods.
