The Buzau Valley is an important geographic point, connecting the cities of Brasov (Transylvania) and Buzau (Muntenia). Many villages are located on the river bank, as well as various natural sites that are protected by the local authorities.
Despite its many treasures, this area is not sufficiently developed from a tourism point of view, due to difficult acces.
The are many places to visit in the valley, such as the village of Berca, the Siriu Dam, the Pruncea Waterfall or the Muddy volcanoes, located in this remote area of the Carpathians.
